This was a very interesting book about the holocaust and how the main character, Lily Renee survived it. This is an exciting graphic novel that follows the life of Lily Renee and guess what? Lily Renee made comics for people in newspapers! If you like books about the Holocaust, read this book!

I really loved learning about Lilly Renee. I loved learning how she fought the Nazis by writing and drawing comics!

I love that the main character is very brave and she cares about her family a lot. I felt sad when she bravely left her family to stay safe. I appreciated that it was a graphic novel and it was quick to read but I was still able to comprehend it.

It's about the Holocaust and Lily Renee but it doesn't explain what the Holocaust is. What IS the Holocaust?

This book is amazing! Totally recommend it! Especially if you love history or graphic novels. I read it over and over again
