The Book of Secrets

9-year old’s review: Brother and sister find a book in their grandparents’ house – they go into the woods and read the book. The book takes them on many adventures with many new characters (and one common character – read the book to find out). I loved the pictures and artwork! 6-year old’s review: My favorite character is the bread guy. There was a big giant and he needed a big coat. There were many adventures and lots of troubles, but in the end the kids found their grandparents.

I like this book because I love fantasy and graphic novels. My favourite character was Rose because my cat is named Rose Petal. I like the name Rose.

I liked how I learned Jewish stories in a modern way
