There’s no place like New York City.

Why would anyone move to a weird purple house in Petersville, Nowhere?

Chocolate cream doughnuts might have something to do with it…

Awesome and Funny!!!

Review by Josh

I loved The Doughnut Fix because many kids can relate to it. Whether you've run a lemonade stand in the summer or you've even tried to run an entire business, like Tristan in this book, you'll enjoy this book a lot! I recommend this book to kids who have tried to run a business or something of the sort, if they like baking, or if they just LOVE DOUGHNUTS!!! (I mean, who doesn't?)

Definitely Pick This One

Review by BizzyIzzy

While it isn’t the best book I’ve ever read, I would probably recommend it to literally everyone. I don’t regret reading it even though I didn’t like every part of it. Definitely recommend.

The Doughnut Fix

Review by 131

This book is about a kid who opens a doughnut shop when he moves. The title is confusing though. Is it donut or doughnut ?

This is a great book! I liked it so much I read the sequel! (There's a sequel-The Doughnut King!) Both were amazing-I wish there were more! A interesting and fun book!

Parent Guide

When Tristan’s father loses his job, he decides to relocate the family from Manhattan to rural upstate New York. Tristan’s younger sister Jeanine is a math genius who copes by spending all of her time studying and Skyping with her best friend from home. Four-year-old Zoe adapts fairly well, especially after her Dad installs a zip-line in the basement. Tristan is left somewhere in the middle, struggling to maintain a friendship with his best bud from home while trying to find his place in a town that doesn’t have a single restaurant. When Tristan discovers a new friend and a recipe for life-changing chocolate cream doughnuts, he realizes that he might be able to put his baking skills to use in surprising ways.
