The Journey That Saved Curious George

George was a good little monkey, but he was very curious. One day he noticed a PJ Our Way book with his very own picture on the cover… If you’re curious too, check out this story to discover how George (and his creators) came to America!

I loved this book!

Review by Ari

This is an astonishing and detailed book about how Hans Augusto Rey and Margret Rey escaped the horrors of World War II. The book told about the Jewish refugees' journey across Europe on bike and train. This insightful book gave me an amazing story about how this journey saved one of the most beloved book characters. After reading it I would give this book a six star rating if I could!

The journey that saved curious George is an awesome book, but it is super short. The pictures are off the chart though.

It’s actually like a 3 and a half

Review by BizzyIzzy

This book was really good but it was very short and didn’t really talk a lot about Curious George. Do not expect action. On the other hand, I learned a lot and I liked the photos and drawings. It is interesting, just not suspenseful. Definitely worth reading.
