There’s no place like New York City.

Why would anyone move to a weird purple house in Petersville, Nowhere?

Chocolate cream doughnuts might have something to do with it…

Awesome and Funny!!!

Review by Josh

I loved The Doughnut Fix because many kids can relate to it. Whether you've run a lemonade stand in the summer or you've even tried to run an entire business, like Tristan in this book, you'll enjoy this book a lot! I recommend this book to kids who have tried to run a business or something of the sort, if they like baking, or if they just LOVE DOUGHNUTS!!! (I mean, who doesn't?)

This book was fun to read night I keep "begging" my mom to read another page. It was fun because at the end there was a surprise. (Relating to my title of the review.)

A Lesson in Hardwork and Family

Review by PJP16

The family moves from the big city to a small suburb and of course the kids absolutely hate and protest the move. The parents decide that instead of registering for school part way through the year they would do their own at home projects. Being a family that loves food and to bake the son decides he will do his project on the local doughnut. But what starts as just the need to get the recipe turns into a big business that brings everyone together. It's about adapting to situations that aren't ideal, completing a project from start to finish in complete details, working together with family and recognizing true friendship. Another great book.
