Lilah hears ghosts. They aren't scary, but they sure do like to give her advice. Sometimes this can cause more harm than good!

FUN!

Review by Bougie

Small Medium at Large is a fun read. It's about a girl named Lilah who is a regular kid until she gets struck by lightning. Then she is able to talk to ghosts, but there is one in particular who talks the most: her Bubby Dora. To Lilah, it's not scary, just a bit annoying. She'd rather have her life go back to normal. But there's no chance of that with Bubby Dora talking in her ear, giving her advice about her dad's dating, her crush, Andrew Finkel, and, well, everything! To find out what happens to Lilah, read the book.

Small Medium at Large

Review by Lydsc

It was a good book, there were a lot of ghosts but it was not a scary book. There were a lot of surprises and things you would never expect to happen. Overall I could read this book hundreds of times and never get board of it.

Very exciting book.

“Small Medium At Large” was an awesome book because the main character (Lilah Bloom) plays a musical instrument and can talk to ghosts. I think it is cool that she plays a musical instrument (drums) because I also play a musical instrument (trumpet). I also enjoy going to concerts. She also wants to start a band with her friend. That’s really awesome, I want to start a band with my friends too! I think it is amazing that Lilah can talk to ghosts because she can meet people she never would have been able to meet, and because the ghosts give her advice and help her. Some ghosts Lilah got to meet were her grandmother, a fashion designer, and a lunch lady who worked at her school.

Review by WeeDote

I totally recommend this book! It has plot twists and excitement. I could not put this book down. It is about a girl named Lilah who gets hit by lightning and starts hearing ghosts! Then the ghosts are asking her to send messages to their close friends. Meanwhile, balancing 7th grade and trying to get Andy Finkel to ask her to the upcoming dance! If you like this book go get more of Joanne Levy’s books.
