It’s the summer of 1939 and Max has just lost his home, his country, and his parents. Luckily, he’s also found Berg and Stein. Or did they find him? Either way, his life is about to get a whole lot weirder.

Max in the House of Spies by Anita

Review by Anita

Max is a genius with two immortal creatures living on his shoulders. When his parents send him to England to be safe from Hitler and the Nazis, his foster family is fulI of...spies! Max wants to get back home, and fast. But it won't be easy, and the path forward is surely a dangerous one. I really liked all the suspense and adventure in this book. It's a great mystery novel. I loved it, and I hope you will too.
