This book is a great story of standing up to prejudice and judgement for what you believe in. I love the characters!

incredible book!

Review by Addy0805

I am 10 and am very picky with books but this was a heartwarming book that made me cry multiple times. I am definitely adding this book to my top 10 favorite books. During the past I never loved my pj our way books that I selected but this one was incredible. If you enjoy reading sad books about bonding with family and friends with happy endings then you will love this book!

l have this book at home and it is very descriptive and relatable. A good pick if you like stories about kids growing up a long time ago. for instance, this book is set in the 1960s. oh, also, l rate this book 3 and a half but l couldn't do that so l just rounded up to 4. : -p
