Instructions:
This fun recipe uses an electric vegetable peeler to turn an apple into a bowl of “pasta.” You can also core the apple and go manual with a regular old peeler or a tool like a spiralizer. But if you have robots lying around, and who doesn’t, go ahead and put them to work.
Take your peeler and start at one end of the apple, running the peeler around the apple until you have a nice long apple strand. Put this in a bowl. Repeat!
If you’re using a hand peeler, you can make long apple peel tendrils or use fast, quick, strokes to have paper thin slices that look more like chips.
Put the strings of apple into a bowl. Add your honey, give everything a good stir, and enjoy.
Yum!
