My dad (who was in the Navy, as was my mom), helped put out a fire onboard the ships and one time he was sent to a stranded ship that had a fire on it. He put it out and helped repair their engine so they could sail back home. He worked in the engine room sometimes and it was super hot! He is big and strong. One time we were out burning brush and my grandma tripped and fell into the fire, my dad sprang into action and pulled her out real quick before she could be burned! He was her hero that day! Esther and Mordecai were heroes too, they spoke up even when it could have meant they could have been harmed or killed. They were very brave, and this saved the Jewish people!
