i am a huge baseball fan i think it is so cool that she can talk to a mlb player and vj is responding with good thoughts and whale haveing autisam to deal with over all it is awesome i would have gone 8/5 if i could.
Good for people who like baseball. I like how it’s totally in letters and I like how it switches between Vivy and VJ’s perspectives. I was disappointed when it came to an end.
I liked this book a lot. I have read it multiple times. I really liked Vivy’s perseverance and bravery. I also liked how, even though sometimes she and VJ didn’t get along, they both ended up growing from each other. Also, even though the book is written in a letter format, which sometimes makes me feel depressed (I don’t know why) this one was great and I didn’t even notice until my mom pointed it out.
I found this book very inspiring: Vivy is autistic but it doesn't stop her from pursuing her dream to be a pitcher on a baseball team. It is an interesting read because it's written as letters between Vivy and a famous baseball player.
I really like this book. Vivy ,an autistic girl is determined to pitch in a baseball team. She starts to write to VJ Capello for a homework assignment, and can't stop writing back! I couldn't stop reading Get a Grip Vivy Cohen. I was really sad when it was over.
