It was a nice book, but very short. I liked the story and will probably read it again
I loved this book so much. I also learned a lot about how Vermont was in the early 1900s.
This book was a great one! It is about a Jewish girl named Dossi whose sister sends her to Vermont for 2 weeks during the summer in August of 1910. Dossi is from NYC, and Vermont is very different from the city. But instead of having a Jewish family to take care of her, instead she has a Christen family. They are eager to learn about Judaism, and receives special plates and foods just for her. I think that this was a good book, but I read about two chapters one day, and finished it in 45 minutes the next. If you are reading it for at least 45 minutes, you might feel that it's a little bit short, even though it has 145 pages. Overall, this is a great book, and I highly recommend it!
not a good book very boring and obvious I wouldn't recommend it.
This is a fantastic book, and I really liked it. You should totally get it!
