Amazing book! I would recommend this book to someone who likes history. A little bit sad/scary. But overall very good book!
this book is so emotional and amazing! such a great book!!!! you should totally read it!!!
This book is really good, but if you select it I’d suggest waiting to read it and reading it's prequel first.
This is an amazing book! Like someone else said, this book can stand alone, but I definately would recomend reading the first book first. (the first book doesn't have any jewish content, so I don't think it will be a choice for PJOW)
This work of historical fiction is set in England during WWII. Eleven-year-old Ada struggles to figure out how she can help with the war efforts and protect her younger brother. She also meets Ruth, a Jewish girl from Germany, and their relationship is, well... complicated. If you enjoy reading about characters with exciting lives and big emotions, pick up this book!! (One last note: This is a sequel to The War That Saved My Life. This book can stand alone, but personally I recommend reading them in order.) -Yona, 11, National Design Team
