I liked this book because it taught me more about other religions.

Jussy is a good imitation of how kids are today. Being discouraged from her parents from being Jewish, Jussy decides to be catholic. Soon something happens to her Bubbe and Jussy has to tell her parents the truth. This book was one of the best books I've read and it taught me how if you change a little bit you can always make your life better. Sarah Darer Littman thank you so much for writing this book it made me think so differently about being Jewish.

Confessions of a Closet Catholic was a great book. Justine Silver has to figure out which religion she should accept, Christianity or Judaism. She has to hide the fact that she is getting VERY interested in Christianity from her family members because they're Jewish. Her bubbe even survived the Holocaust. She is confessing in her closet to "Father Ted", her teddy bear, who she pretends is a priest. She even goes as far as saying the Hail Mary and taking Communion--with matzah and grape juice. When something happens to her bubbe, she begins to think more deeply about leaving Judaism. I strongly recommend this book!
