I liked that the story was told from mitzvahs point of view! Although, the ending seemed too quick. (Still deserves five stars though)

I really liked this book because there there is a dog. But I wish it was a bit longer. I recommend this book to kids 7+ that really like animals.🐶🐕🐾🦴

I like the book because there is a dog. The dog's name is Mitzvah. It is a funny book because Mitzvah tells jokes. I think the bergers are a great family for Mitzvah because his favorite food is a buger. I prefer Mutt rather than a fancy-schmantsy dog because Mutts live longer than fancy-schmantsy dog's.

Ms. Sylvia Rouss did an excellent job taking my mom and I into the mind of Mitzvah the Mutt. We loved the second chapter about how the children and Mitzvah found each other while eating cookies. It was a perfect for the last chapter, which is so cute and funny. Both Mitzvah and The Jewish family were lucky to have found each other. I can't wait for more books to come in to learn about the Jewish community my mother grew up with. -Massi Aka. Blue Mantis
