I really liked this book. I think that it is really good, with a wonderful plot and characters. I would say, however, that there is a lot of reference to old art and artists that was a bit confusing. The main character is not Jewish, but there are some references to the Holocaust. I am writing this review a while after I read the book, so I cannot really be specific about things, but the book is really good and very interesting. Towards the end it was a bit more complicated then I could completely wrap my head around, but the story is very good and In the end, I totally recommend it.

I really loved this book and how it's a mystery that also teaches you a lot of interesting things. I could not put this book down, it keeps you at the edge of your seat!

Not very good

I absolutely LOVED this book. It has an interesting mystery that keeps you interested, has interesting characters, and a great story in general. I think that my favorite part of the book was Bodhi. I have a HUGE thing for sarcastic best friends, and Bodhi manages to not only give us sarcastic humor, but provide all the information that Theo can not. The only reason that this book gets 4 out of 5 stars instead of 5 out of 5 stars, is that I think the end result comes out of almost nowhere. Who knows, maybe I just have to reread the book, but I feel that the person that used to be Anna Trenczer (not giving spoilers), is just too random. But everything else is great, and I love this author's work. I would also highly recommend The Gallery, by the same author, though this book is better.
