I really liked this book because Alyssa took time from her rehearsal to see her sick friend. She even lost her spot in the play because of this. This book shows true friendship. I hope whoever chooses this book will enjoy it as much as I did!

Alyssa loves to dance, but when her friend gets sick, she must decide if being in the Nutcracker means that much to her. She decides to help her friend even if it means she can't dance. Pink slippers, Bat Mitzvah blues is a great book. Read it!!!

This was a great book and i read it every day! I was stuck for days wondering what would happen it also gives you some time to think if you were in the situation that Alyssa was in what would you do. I really enjoyed reading this book and hope that you enjoy it as much as i did
