The book was just about what she needed to do to achieve her bat mitzvah.

I know some people didn't like this book, but I most certainly did. I thought it was really easy to relate to the main character, who is having trouble deciding whether or not she should have a bat mitzvah, and is a 12 year old girl, who we can happily follow in her journey of... Oh, I don't know, that just sounded good. But anyway. I would totally recommend this book!

My daughter really liked it. It really drew us in.
