I find this book to be a little boring, but the meaning of the story is touching, but honestly, i feel like they are mostly talking about Batya not being able to carve because of her gender, and I'm a girl so natrally I don't wan't to read about a girl who can't do what she wants to do. All in all, It's not a very good book. I don't recomend it. Plus, i'm not very intrested in carving...

I found this book boring. I try and give every book I read a chance, but this one was just… annoying. The plot has great potential, but the writing was dreadful and unoriginal. Also, this book should NOT be on PJ Our Way. It’s definitely better fitting for PJ Library. To be honest, I have gotten better books off PJ Library than this one. To wrap it all up; this was a waste of time. There are MUCH better books out there.

I think it was pretty good, I liked how the chapter names were names of materials.

I didn't like the book that much> The plot and Idea was good but I didn't really like how the writer wrote the book. I normally like every book I read but this one didn't catch my attention. By the second chapter I stoped reading it because in my opinion it was boring. I dont recomend this book.
