It was a really good book about dragons, Sasquatches, and an imaginary world. I liked it so much that I read the next two books in the series and I've ordered the remaining three books in the Imaginary Veterinary Series! It was so good that I couldn't put it down!
I loved reading this. I started reading it and I couldn't put it down. The storyline is overall great, and so is all the magic in it. The genre is fantasy (as you can clearly see) and its just a good book! Ben loves to make up stories, and makes friends along the way, like the baby dragon, sasquatch, Pearl Petal, and some other people as well. You also get to meet Bens grandfather, Abe. Bens parents send him to spend the summer with his Grandpa Abe in the town of Buttonville. Now, I won't spoil anything else for you, otherwise I'll end up explaining the whole book start to finish. Anyway, if you choose this book as your next read, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Definitely recommended, and very, VERY enjoyable to read. Again, hope you enjoy(ed) it as much as I did, happy reading! 😀
The plot was interesting, and the chapters ended with cliffhangers that made me want to continue reading! The characters were funny, and the pictures were nicely drawn.
Kind of boring
Poor Ben! He's sent to stay with his grandfather Abe in sleepy Buttonville, a factory town whose factory has closed, while his parents "work some things out." The day he arrives, Ben spots a huge winged creature flying above, but he's always in trouble for making up stories, so no one will believe him if he talks about it--except for Pearl, the town troublemaker. This first book in a series will have you laughing and gripping the edge of your seat from start to finish.
