I think this book was a great mystery because the author wrote about some great pies of art and explained about them really well. After I read Under the Egg, I actually researched the paintings.

This is a mystery filled with art, history, art history (ha), holocaust survivors, and amazing and unique characters. This is the story of a girl who is trying to solve a mystery of painting hidden in front of her eyes, while trying to balance the weights of her fathers death, her absent minded and tea obsessed mother, and the slowly spent money which she is running out of. The mysterious answer she finally comes to is surprising and meaningful. This is a book you can't pass up!

This is a great mystery and friendship book. Get it if you can!!!! It's amazing!
