This book is about a man who is secretly Jewish and a boy who met him after a ship wreck. I thought the characters were interesting, i enjoyed the mix of happiness and sadness, and i like how it was dramatic too.

I think it was a good book and the illustrations were funny.

It was a good book. My mom even had me reading it aloud so she could enjoy the book with me.
