I liked this story. My family can relate to being multicultural and transracial. We have become closer because of our backgrounds and this book talks a lot about how we feel. It helped me feel proud of my birth culture just like Meskerem.

These illustrations should definitely be a Caldecott winner and it might not be that funny but it is a great book 📖 and it is about immigration from Ethiopia 🇪🇹.

This book was amazing. It taught me more about that you assume where people come from just because of the color of theirskin.

It was a book for people just learning to read chapter books but it was good 🙂

I think this book is good because it is about cultural relationships.
