This book was very touching! While I was reading it, I felt like I was right there with Meskerem. Though this story was great, it's super short so you may want to consider if you prefer longer books, but I'm not complaining because this book was short and sweet. However, I could barely tell that Meskerem and her family were Jewish. I feel like that subject was pretty untouched.

It was good. It was quite short, but it made me think about leaving a home.

Great book! I think that if you're moving, and nervous about it, this would be a great book to read.

This book was awesome, if someone said it's bad shame on you!! This book was amazing because it's so unique 'cause i'm too far from home where I was born. I was born in Central America, and i'm living in Canada now so it's really sad for her leaving her place where she grew up. She misses her friend so choose it!!
