It was extremely confusing, and it had nothing GOOD about it. Don't bother.

this book explores many different beliefs and cultures. the main character changes thoroughly throughout the book and endures many dangers. the book made me see may different religions through a different view, that view neither good nor bad. this book gives us the chance to REALLY see the lives of the Indians (the natives) of the deserts in Arizona (and the jews who traveled there) in the 1800s. this is a book of survival of the desert and the survival and acceptance of who you are. this is an amazing book and I hope you read it, because it will change the way that you look at the world, in a good way!

i recommend this book to people who want to learn about surviving in the desert.
