Great plot and business skills! Very funny and makes you drool thinking about the doughnuts! It is super funny!!

Tristan moves from bustling New York to a town in the middle of nowhere called Petersville. Life is sure to be full of disappointments. Or is it? Tristan soon discovers a doughnut shop located in his new town. He wants to bring back the Chocolate Cream Doughnut Recipe from the shop owner, Winnie. Winnie is not going for it. But Tristan needs the recipe - and fast in order to help Winnie's shop. Is it too late? Or does Tristan possibly have a shot of saving the whole town of Petersville? This book had me hooked and I was down reading this book all day. It's a great book for teens - and it always makes me smile to see my friends reading it. So buckle up for an amazing book about doughnuts, friends, and possibly saving both!

Good book. Tristan, (main character) moves from NY City to rural town, aka Petersville. He moves in the middle of the year, so his parent decide to have them (Tris, Jeanine, and Zoe start school (or preschool in Zoe's case) after Winter Break. They decide to have each of the kids choose a project to do over their time. Tris tries to get The Chocolate Cream Doughnut Recipe from Winnie, the difficult owner of the General Store in Petersville, and then open a doughnut stand. Will he be successful? This book is really good, full of change, imagination, and donuts, and who doesn’t love donuts! This book is the one you just have to have on your bookshelf! 📚
