I love this book! It is full of drama, food, and SO. much more. I love this book so much! If you like this book there is a sequel you can find called The Doughnut King.

I read this a few years ago and I really like it - this is definitely recommended read. Also, there is a sequel in case you want to read it. If you like donuts and suspense and surprise, read this book!

Very good book. Nicely written. If you like humor and random names of things and doughnuts and baking and food, this is a good idea for you. Oh, and raccoons!

Do you like the sugary-frosted treat, Doughnuts? Sure does 12 year old Tristen! His parents have decided to move, to in the middle of nowhere, Petersville. Just some luck when Tristen finds at Doughnut shop-with no doughnuts. How could his parents do this to him? With help from Josh, a new friend of Tristen's, Tristen brings the Doughnut shop back to it's feet with it's real naming-Yes, we do have chocolate cream doughnuts!
