It was super funny and it made me think about Jewish rituals and holidays.
This was an awesome book!
In the book Yael has a bat- mitzvah and her friends come. What I liked about the book is that you can choose what happens in parts of the book--like when she either studies with Eli or tours her bat-mitzvah place with Cam-- you can choose what happens and it will tell you the event and the page to go to. It also reminds me of being Jewish because she is having her party of growing -up into a woman and all her non-Jewish friends and Jewish friends are coming to celebrate with her . Everyone in the whole 8th grade is coming, Jewish or not, boy and girls all gather for the celebration to confirm that she is now a grown woman and cane handle things herself and can make the right decisions and the right choices. I recommend it to kids of all ages not just10+. It is a AMAZING book
I loved this book. You should read it. The plot changes each time you read so it is soo cool
I really liked this book because it was exciting when you had to decide what would happen in the story. It was also hard to decide because she wanted to go one way, but her friends wanted her to do the other thing.
