Yael is a super shy yet sweet person. She does not like the spotlight. After working hard on her voice and Torah portion she is ready. Yael has her bat mitzvah at a amusement park and has a ton of fun with all her friends. One thing I really liked about this book is that you can choose how you want it to go. I did not like how it skipped right to her bat mitzvah. I think the book should have been longer.
It was okay. There weren't that many adventures, and all the endings were bad. The characters are oddly developed, and there wasn't that much information on Yael's bat mitzvah in some of the parts (and the whole book is about Yael's bat mitzvah, so that was a kind of letdown). If your'e the type of person that squeals when someone says the word, 'crush' you might like this book. When I tried rereading this book, I was instantly bored after the first 8 pages.
This book is really good because you get to pick what Yael does throughout the story.
BLEAH! This book was sooooooo boring. Along with not many choices on how the story turns out. Don't read this book.
this book is so relatable because I am SO SCARED for my bat mitzvah!!!
