This is a great book it is by the same author as the one and only Ivan the chapters are short but it is still really good You should totally pick this book if it is available

I loved this book. I thought it was cool how the author wrote the book from the tree's point of view and how all the animals refer to the tree as a hotel or apartment building because that's where they lived. I also liked the book, because it showed that even if someone is mean to someone, there is always a little good in someone's heart.

I loved the deep insight that came from Red but also the silliness was great when he said terrible jokes. I would recommend this book to ages 8-12, it was a little short but had a good ending if you like sweet endings.

I recommend this book. It was the best book ever!!!!!!!!! It was funny, sad and sweet.

This book really brings out the love and beauty of nature and is amazing to read and experience!
