This book is awesome! I love how everybody works together to save Red and get Samar and Stephen to talk to each other. This is AWESOME!!!!
Red is a very cute oak tree and he decides he wants to grant a newcomer's wish. It's very exciting and he risks the chance of being cut down. My favorite part is when he talks to humans, which is a no-no for nature.
This heart-warming story discusses tolerance and accepting people for who they are. I loved Red (the tree) and his witty comments and also enjoyed reading about the animals who inhabit him. An excellent book which is on topic for Tu B'shvat and has an environmental aspect to it as well as a social one. A must read for those who like nature.
This book doesn't really have anything to do with being Jewish but I still really enjoyed it! The story is a really inspiring one. It teaches the lesson that it can't hurt to listen. Over all a MUST READ!
very good!
