This was a great book and kept me hooked until the very last page. It was incredible to see Stephie navigate this tricky situation, and gave me a lot to think about. There is just one thing that bothered me: I did not like how Stephie and her younger sister Nellie grew so apart. It wasn't very satisfying as a reader, and I would have liked things to go differently for them. But, then again, maybe that's just be. Apart from that, though, this is an excellent book and a must read!
I didn’t really care for it
It was an interesting book. I like learning about history. This book teaches about the Holocaust.
I couldn’t put this book down and I immediately read the next book in this series. This book takes place during the Holocaust. It’s about two sisters that have to leave their parents and go to Sweden. I recommend this book if you like to read books about the Holocaust, historical fiction, or are struggling to fit in.
Hope you pick this book it was GREAT! Very good book
