This book was amazing. It was filled with suspense and what happened before the book started. It is really cool how in this book AND in the sequel the authors managed to fit many parts of the story with Achav, Izevel, the Nevi'im, Eliyahu, and more all together in this fictional tale. I think everyone and anyone who is reading this review should read it. There are also many valuable Jewish lessons here, especially in the sequel which everyone should learn.
When we went to Israel (two three years ago) We stayed at Dave Masons house before we left he gave us this book and it's sequel and another book by Dave and this year we got his newest book "Cash Machine" they are all great
This is an awesome book. It tells you of the story of a boy named Lev who was orphaned as a baby and lives with his uncle. He goes to a gathering of the prophets and, plays as a musician at the king’s wedding. He discovers his heritage, and finds himself in middle of a war between the prophets and the Queen!
I loved the way this story is historical...but not.
Awesome! A historical book in medieval times with adventure mixed into it.
