This book was pretty good. I was surprised when I read it, since the pickled watermelon wasn’t a bigger part of the book than I thought it would be. The characters are okay, although sometimes the main character (Molly) can be kind of annoying. It was cool learning about Israel and what it’s like there. I enjoyed it and would read the sequel if there was one.

The book was a really good story. The book might look hard but it is easy. My favorite character was Molly! Molly was very kind, loving ,helpful, and caring. She had a great relationship with her grandparents. If you haven't read this book no matter what you should read it!

This book is soooo good
