it was awesome but there were many times i could not relate to him at all because he was soooooo different to how i celebrate being different. also i don't think it would be good for a little kid. i also don't think any can relate to him, because his mom died and he was left with his Christian father still raising him Jewish but really it is a good book.
Even though the book has a soccer ball on the front cover, it is not mainly about soccer. Even though I can't describe what it is mainly about. Though the book is categorized as contemporary fiction, I think it should be categorized "realistic fiction." I would never regret rating this book 4 stars.
Very meaningful book, I like the way Fig fought through his emotions
When Fig gets kicked off the team his GG comes to visit but not just to see them. She has medical tests but doesn’t mention it and looks like she’s having a great time. Fig doesn’t know it but his GG has cancer.
I loved this book, Echo Still. It was funny and sad. PERFECT!
