I read this with my mom. It was very informative. I learned about tough life in that time and Tour de France.
this book was my fourth or fifth nazi book and it just teaches you how bad it was for jews back in the day
I've never read a book that is better than this one. This book contains thrilling and interesting story about a boy who was in the resistance and liked cycling. His Jewish friend needed help to get to safety because the German soldiers could catch her. Can he help her without getting caught by the Germans?
I liked how the bike race the Tour Dr France was a topic in this book too. I could picture myself as Marcel when he took the dangerous bike rides.
A thrilling adventure about Jews, WWII and the resistance and... cycling! These interesting things weave intricately among each other into a fine story.
