you need to read this book!!

I did not want to put this book down. I learned a lot about Jewish history. It is about someone who moved to New York from France.

Such a good book that taught me about history and prejudices in every country. It was interesting to learn about racism and prejudices from the perspective of a Jew who fled the Nazis during that time. I liked it so much, we read the other book about Gustave's life in France before he came to America. Don't be fooled by the cover!
