this book was great! although it might not make much sense if you haven't read the other book by Susan Lynn Meyer, black radishes.

Very informative about WWII, and what France's situation was!!!!

I could not put down the book when I got it. Now all I need is another book to read.

Totally recommended i like give this book a 10star rating, This book has some sad parts like when Seppies older brother got hurt, However This book does also have alot of good parts the ending is really good. You should totally read this book.

Totally recommended(tho i would not recommend ages11 and under) if you read this book and want to know more of what happened back in France i suggest black radishes a book telling about his adventures in France(pre skating with the statue of liberty) The plot was very good and i like the fact that he stuck by Seppie even tho his parents and Seppies older brother didn't acxactly agree with it, It was all resolved in the end tho and overall it was a very good book.
