I really like adventure books so I don't usually read this type of book. To be honest, it was better than I expected it to be. It was not my favorite book, but I think that on a scale from 1-10, 1 being the worst and 10 being the best, I would rate it a six or a seven.

I wanted Indian food when i read this book. It was really good and I learned a lot about Indian culture and languages.

This book was good and all, but the Ben-o drama made me bored. I thought the book was heading in a great direction, but then I read the end. If you are into boy drama with happy endings then this is for you. I think it was ok.

The book is about a girl named Tara. She is half Indian and half Jewish, and she hasn't made up her mind about having a bat mitzvah. On top of that her best friend Ben-o is acting really weird around her. Life is throwing many challenges at Tara. What is she going to do? I enjoyed this book. It is not the best PJ our way book that I have read, but it is pretty good.
