This is Just a Test was a great book because it had a lot of action and a bit of drama. I wouldn't rate it 5 stars because I didn't like the characters that much. But it's still an interesting book and I'm glad I read it.

This is Just a Test takes place during the Cold War and David Da-Wei Horowitz has his Bar Mitzvah coming. His two grandmothers, one Jewish, one Chinese both want his Bar Mitzvah to reflect their cultures. While this is happening, David and his friend Scott are digging a bunker in case the Soviet Union bombs the US. David and his 2 friends are also in a trivia competition. This book is an amazing book.
