ehh Ive read better from PJ library selections! I would read other books by the author, though! not as good as I expected it to be.

Even though this was a very short graphic novel, it was one of the best and most funny comics I have read!

Mirka is a strong character, loving sister, and daughter. After her mother passes away, her father marries someone new to everybody in the family. Her stepmother is strict, but deep inside she loves her. Mirka faces many challenges in her life, but at the end of the day she loves her family, and life. i loved this book and recommend it to anyone and everyone. You should definitely read this book! Eliana, almost nine years old:)

it was so good I ordered the second and read it twice!

One thing that I would like future readers of this book to know is that it is written in the style of a graphic novel. Also, it is much shorter than I expected--- I read it in one sitting! If you enjoy reading funny graphic novels about Jewish girls and boys and crazy creatures, then this is the book to choose!
