This was a great book! I loved it. I totally recommend it! I have two younger siblings so I know how she feels. It was so funny.

I love this book!

A Jewish girl deals with growing up and moving, and relating to her stepfather. Written in the form of a diary, she gives examples of her "annoying bossy mother". 12 year old girl is very into wearing lipstick and often sneaks it from her mother's drawer. Girl worries that everyone in school will have a boyfriend besides her. She thinks a boy in her class is "a tiny bit cute". A lot more juvenile boy/girl. Girl is embarrassed when she goes swimming because she doesn't want anyone to see her "development". Girl can't wait to be 14 and get love letters from boys, to dance with boys at Valentine's party- all her friends do, but no one asks her. . Unfolding courtship of two elderly people that results in marriage. Language: dumb, weird, stupid.
