This book was a fun and easy read for me; I enjoyed reading it. This book has 17 Jewish wisdom tales taking place around the world from the 10th century BCE to the 1930s. In these stories, people need to think fast in hard situations. One of the reasons that it was fun is that in each story, the book gives you a chance to think about what you would have done if you were in the situation. Then, it tells you what the person in the story did. This book taught me more about the hard things that Jews had to do a long time ago.
The people in this book are really clever and the book’s riddles are AMAZING
This is by far the wittiest riddle book I've read, and the best PJ book I've read by a long shot. All of the stories make sense and have a good punchline. Also, all of the characters are very relatable, depending on their role in the stories, be it antagonist, protagonist or the person delivering the antithesis.
