The girl in the story learned friendship and Jewish Culture!
It was a good book but it was very short.
This book was amazing. The main character spends the whole book trying to cover up who she really is and tries to fit in, in every way she can. She learns that you have to be yourself to enjoy life. She learns how to realize that not everything is what it seems. And most importantly she learns that friends are all different in different ways and that it doesn't matter where they live, it's how they treat you. I would recommend this book to all of my friends
Roxanne and some of the other characters seemed sort of whiny, and the book ends at a bad moment. The idea is okay, but I don't like the way it was presented. There were too many tragedies (it became a habit for the author) and it was too much of "nothing is bad compared to THIS!".
Roxane is Israeli and her sister but her Imma leaves her and her family to go to Israel and there is a curse on a bright pink house... a girl moves in and becomes Roxane's friend. The best part is around the corner... read more to find out more!!!😉
