What fun and goofy stories. Mom and I laughed at the people in Chelm. We have goats and now I have to name one Zlateh! It was our favorite story.

The short stories were pretty good, but they were also kind of weird. Who gets their feet tangled together and then can't tell which is which? Also, although I'm probably the only one who will have this complaint, because I have weird complaints, but: In a collection of short stories, the author always puts the story the book's named after first. Finally when that doesn't happen, the Zlateh the goat story was last. Can't you make it hard to find, like in the middle or something??? Isn't that easier? Also this book was too short, so if you are like me and will read a 850 page book in 3 days, this is not the book you should get (and I know they're called short stories, but if you add enough short stories, like Isaac Bashevis Singer did NOT do, then you can get a decently long book).

I thought this book had great stories!

This book was REALLY REALLY GOOD!!! I would encourage you to read it!

Teaches you very important lessons. I also liked this book because of it's hysterical stories. This book is gr 8.
