Just before the Hitler took over Anna's family left Germany. At school she had gotten bullied only because she was Jewish. Some of her classmates were forbidden to talk to her all because she was Jewish. But that wasn't the only reason why they were moving. If they hadn't left they might have faced death. Anna's family keeps moving from place to place. Her family has to get get used to the her new homes and it doe't help that her mom takes one hour to make eggs that aren't even good and that she will have to go to a french school. Will she survive with an even greater threat? I loved this book because it shows how in WW11 sometimes you had to leave your stuffed rabbit behind and go into the future together as a family.
I didn't really like it it was not as interesting as I hoped
This book is very good and interesting. taught me about how jews hand to move from one place to another. I think this book is kind of sad because Anna has to leave her home town and her pink rabbit. I recommend this book for readers age 9 1/2 and older.
I have not read it but this is my FAVORITE book topic and I am sure it is AMAZING!!!
