I think this was an awesome book! It made me feel sorry for Gertie, it also made me think more about the Torah. I like how the time of year changes between each chapter. MUST READ!

This book was not my favorite book that I have ever read. It was okay but could have been better.

Gertie had to move after Hurricane Katrina came. It was very sad but I liked it. It was funny when she made her own kugel for Rosh Hashana. Please read this!
