The main character Ellie loves speech and debate and decides to go to the top debate summer camp hoping for a scholarship. The camp has a Christian sponsor, but Ellie doesn't realize that this means a lot more than a Christian sponsor, the director is anti-Semitic. Ellie has to choose whether to pretend to be Christian and get a scholarship, or to stand up for her religion. I would recommend reading this book for a very enjoyable, easy read.
This book was amazing! It kept me up all night!!!!!!
I loved this book it made me think about being different and being who you are not someone else. I think you should read this book it is really funny and I could not put the book down. This book was SO good.
I somehow got my hands on this book through useful contacts and I was really excited about it. I was not disappointed. I couldn't stop reading this book it was so good! And even when my mom told me to go to bed, I still kept on reading. That's how good it was. This, and One is Not a Lonely Number, are the best pj our way books of the bunch. This book had humor and the plot line was amazing. If you don't read this soon, you are making a mistake.
This book is a very good book because it made me think twice about the friendship. Ellie was scared to tell the boy that she was Jewish but when she did, he still liked her.
