I think that this was a really funny, good book, and extremely true to life. I mean, a ton of kids want a dog, and would do anything to get one! Well, almost anything. And the "practice dog" is awesome. All in all, When Life Gives You OJ is a good book, has funny moments, and has an awesomely happy ending. Oh, and an awesome name. I would definitely recommend this book.

This book was about a girl named Zelly. She wants a dog so her grandfather comes up with a crazy idea to pretend that an orange juice jug is a dog. A practice dog. Zelly really went to extreme measures to get a dog and she won't stop until she does. I really liked this book because it drew me into it and I couldn't put it down! In all, When Life Gives You O.J. was a great book and you should read it.
