Its about this girl Zelly. She wants a dog but she needs proof she can handle one. Her grandfather, Ace, got this weird idea. He made Zelly take her not real dog, O.J, thats made outta a orange juice bottle on walks 3 times a day!! And other stuff. I loved this book because the main character keeps on trying to get a dog and because I love dogs.This book shows dedication and persistents.I really recommend this book.

I liked how Zelly faced her fears and stood up to Nicky Benoit.
